30 Day cancellation, $10 Handling fee with 30 day notice. No refunds for late arrival or early departure. Deposit is half of total stay due 7 to 10 day when reservation is made, in a personal check or monie order. Price is for four persons. Extra person or pets are $10.00 each. Balance due upon arrival.
